Our three caravans share the same park: Springfield Retreat, Tedburn St Mary, Exeter, Devon EX6 6EW. Manor and Blenheim sleep six; Kensington sleeps four.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3pm. Please check out by 11am. Bedding is provided; bring your own towels. No pets are allowed in the caravans.
Facilities on the park
Enjoy the heated outdoor pool from April to October, subject to park management opening, and food and drinks at The Stag and Monkey, the family-friendly pub on the park. There is a laundry room on site and Woodleigh Fishing Lakes on the sister site, around 500m away. The specimen lake is owners-only; ask your host about holiday-guest fishing access. Check facility access, opening hours and any charges.
Parking and quiet evenings
Parking is outside each caravan. Keep to 10mph and use the roads rather than grassed areas. Up to two cars may park alongside each holiday home without obstructing others. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
