Bookings, customer accounts and payment actions are simulated. Workspace edits use fictional browser-session data. Please use invented details in forms. No card details are collected and no emails are sent from the hosted preview.
When the WordPress booking system is enabled
Booking and enquiry details are used to manage the stay and guest communication. WordPress stores booking and account records; Stripe stores payment records and processes card payments. The plugin does not store card numbers. The owner must provide the final controller details, purposes, lawful bases, retention periods, processors and rights information in the approved privacy notice.
Guest guides and account access
A signed-in customer can access bookings linked to their customer ID. Private arrival details are restricted to eligible, fully paid stays within the configured release window. Staff access requires an authorised WordPress account.
Questions about personal information
Use the contact page to reach the host. The business must add its actual privacy contact and complete notice before enabling real enquiries or payments.
Interactive map
Opening the park map loads content from Google Maps, which processes connection information under its own privacy terms. No booking record or private caravan access details are included in the public map.
