THE ACCOMMODATION
The caravan layout.
Manor sleeps up to 6, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a pull-out bed in the lounge. Settle into the lounge, cook in the equipped kitchen or spend time on the decking. Central heating, free Wi-Fi and TVs in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Bedding is provided; please bring your own towels. All three Devon Retreat caravans are pet-free. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits is provided on arrival.

A family-friendly pub on the same park as Manor, Blenheim and Kensington, serving food and drinks. Check the current menu and opening hours before visiting.

Heated outdoor swimming pool
Seasonal outdoor pool, April to October, subject to park management opening. The pool is unsupervised: never swim alone, and supervise children under 16 at all times. No food or glass in the pool area.

Woodleigh Fishing Lakes
Two stocked coarse fishing lakes at the sister site, with carp, tench, roach and perch. The specimen lake is owners-only; ask about holiday-guest access, permits and any charges before fishing.
